    A Day in the Life of Sweeteelou

    I meant to take a photo of my outfit today. But it rained. So instead Ginger and I stayed inside. I had fresh juice for breakfast and read a book. In this chair. The rain stopped so I put on my Wellies and went for a walk. I saw a deer. And the sewer. I sat on the dry bit of the sewer and took a photo. It’s sunny now. Fancy houses.

    Recipe for the Fresh Juice: 3/4 cantaloupe 1 cup ice cubes 4 basil leaves (optional) Cut cantaloupe into quarters. Scoop out fruit with an ice cream scooper and add to power blender/juicer (I use my Vitamix). Add 1 cup ice cubes. Blend on high until smooth. Garnish with basil leaves. Serves: 3 to 4
